The menu of the Urbino dei Laghi restaurant is keyed on the traditional cuisine of the Marche and the neighboring region of Romagna. We bake our own bread, and make our own pasta. The same attention to quality going to the choice of the meat we serve, as well as other ingredients, including our cured meats and cheese.

Taking these locally sourced, high-quality ingredients, our chef crafts a contemporary “take” on the traditional recipes of the Marche and Romagna regions, that are designed to please even the most discerning palates.

That our ingredients are of the highest quality and, wherever possible, come from small-scale organic farms, is of primary importance to us. Indeed, we produce our own oil, honey, and wine, while fruit and vegetables come from our Farm, with the aromatic herbs being picked daily from the botanical garden.

Our list of wines and beers also reflect our wish to source as much as we can from local producers, so as to foster an ever greater understanding and appreciation of the flavors of the Marche and Romagna regions, a commitment we undertook several generations ago, and which we hope to continue to work on for many more.
