Set in the idyllic natural environment of the Montefeltro area of the Marche region, Urbino Horses is a riding stables located within the Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo. A unique experience awaits at Urbino Horses: beautiful woodlands and fields to explore, with accommodation available too. Indeed, the rooms and suites at Le Scuderie, or the Stables, were designed for those who want a convivial, rustic atmosphere during their stay, but who can, of course, use the facilities offered by the Tenuta as they wish.

Hacking on the trails and bridle-paths of the Tenuta, which is set in a 360-hectare (890-acre) nature reserve, you can also get the chance to do some bird-spotting. In winter time and during the migration period, it is often possible to see a wide array of birds, including the Montagu’s harrier (Circus pygargus). Called the Albanella minore in Italian, this bird is known to nest only in the La Badia Nature Reserve, in which the Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo stands.
