If you are looking to organize an event in the vicinity of Urbino, in the Marche region of central Italy, the Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo offers you all you need in one place: accommodation, indoor and outdoor meeting and reception areas, a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, and spa. Add to this, our dedicated staff whose sole objective is to make your stay a memorable one. So, you are all set.

The accommodation is keyed on the very Italian concept of the “albergo diffuso”, where our thirty-three rooms and suites have been carved out of a number of fully-restored buildings in a carefully-restored borgo, or farming community.  Our restaurant, the Urbino dei Laghi, has 200 covers, including those on our beautiful terrace overlooking the lakes, for which the restaurant is named. Cocktail parties and barbecues can be arranged around the outdoor swimming pool. This, during the summer months, is complemented by our Organic Bar. Just to complete the picture, the Tenuta also has its own car park. In addition to seventy spaces for cars, there are also two spots for buses.


Corporate Meetings

The Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo is also ideally suited as a venue for corporate events of all kinds. Our two sound-proofed conference rooms can be configured to accommodate from 15 to 100 delegates, for meetings and seminars, as well as workshops, team-building and brain-storming sessions. Refreshments, including coffee-breaks and light lunches, can be provided by our catering staff.

Conference room

Housed in the main building of the old borgo or farming community that has become the Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo, and originally used as a storehouse for farming implements, our Conference Room is conveniently located adjacent to the Reception area. This space is fitted with state-of-the-art conference equipment, including wall-mounted video screens, projectors, and audio. Free wifi is available. Fees include a welcome pack, consisting of paper and pen, as well as water, for each delegate. Facing onto the splendid gardens, this space also lends itself to cocktail parties and coffee.


Meeting room

The ideal size for focus groups or small-scale business meetings, this room – in the old stables building and affording access to a large garden — is designed to stimulate concentration and creative thinking. The space is fitted with state-of-the-art meeting-room equipment, including an overhead projector and free wifi. Fees include a welcome pack, consisting of paper and pen, as well as water, for each delegate.
